No prob. I'll try some #26 over it the next time. I barely squeezed in enough time to get that much done. I have time to spiff up the interior tommorrow and that's about it. And I'll take your advice try smaller areas so it doesn't dry up on me next time. Thanks for the tips and the compliment.

A guy I know always does it carnauba then syn. His truck never looks as good as anyone else's. His theory is there, though. He thinks that he'll have the look of carnauba (so he does this first, 2x), with the outer protection of a synthetic, (hence the reasoning as to why he does this last, again 2x)
_Granted he only washes every month and waxes every 3 months, his truck looks good. I just think there's a better option...
Sorry to get you wrong, RP. I thogh I had read one of your threads that said you did it carnauba then syn...but it was late...as usual. I more than likely read it wrong.

My wife bought the Simoniz Car Polish off the infomercial. It's got a little motorized spray gizmo. I've been using Mequiar's Gold Class consistantly and am happy with the results. I'll hate to have to mess with a good thing, but for the sake of "marital bliss" I'm gonna have to try this product. Any thoughts? Anyone else try this?

Simoniz products have been around almost as long as paint. When I was a kid, 50 years ago(ouch), people would say I need to Simonize my car. It was synonomous with polish. Kind of like saying you all are going to get a ckoe and no one orders a Coke. Most everyone used Simoniz or Turtle Wax.
