A decent all-purpose citrus based cleaner will remove it but you don't want to allow it to dwell for a long time on your seats.
Remember, your seats are clearcoated (unless you have a KR and, in that case, I wouldn't use any type of All Purpose Cleaner (APC) on them). Dwell time can adversely effect that clear and even the stitching.

I have the same problem and I use Zaino Z-9 and Z-10 and they work great:

I've only had to clean my seats twice. Once when I bought the truck and immediately after it was shipped (bootprint on the light grey leather, arrrghhh)
I used Johnsons baby soap on a damp cloth turning the cloth as much as necessary so as not to rub the lifted dirt back in.
For conditioning, I use Lexol, usually once a month when the truck gets a "Stage 2" detail
