I've heard good things about 'RAGG TOP' cleaner...

half-way down the page. Vinyl and fabric versions.

303 fabric cleaner also works really well. They sell a convertable cleaner/protectant kit and can usually be picked up locally

I didn't particularly care for the sample of 303 Fab cleaner that I was provided a few months ago... Maybe you'll have better luck with it though.

Once again, Simple Green to the rescue. I have a white top on my Impala, and every spring it gets a good scrub with 50/50 SG and warm water and a palm sized brush, flush good with water from the hose, then a liberal dressing of 303, and it continues to look like new after 9 years.
