The Powerball from Mothers or flitz ball from some other company exist, but I'd only use them to buff a toolbox, grillguard, wheels (if uncoated aluminium), etc... NOT paint.
X2 the best way to get it off is with a couple good MF towels i have tried a couple different bonnets and they just push the waxaround never really getting it off
just put some good ol elbow grease into it
