NXT, 20 or 21

Which do you guys prefer. The reason I ask is I just finished a full detail on my Goldwing and the results were spectacular as usual. The process I use on my bikes has always been #9, #7, NXT-2, and a top coat of carnuba, all by hand. The process I last used on my truck (machine applied)was the same exept I used #80 instead of #9 and #20 in place of the NXT and I'm just not that impressed. I suspect the colors involved here is what is making the big difference. The Goldwing is Candy Black Cherrie and after a detail looks six inches deep and very wet. The truck is dark grey metallic and just doesn't pop unless bright sun hits it. I know it's unfair to ask without pictures, but which of the three products do you feel would give the best results, or am I asking to much of that color. Thanks

#20 or NXT... I know of some that swear by #21 but, I've never really been overly impressed. It does, however, have some great protective qualities.

I would think the Goldwing would have a better paint job--probably very little or no orange peel like our trucks have. Part of it would also be color. But for depth--follow the #80 with #7 polish. It really brings out the 3-d in the flakes. After your #20, 21, or NXT (of which I have tried and like the latter 2), I'd stick with your carnauba. What are you using? #26? (Or if you're like RP--lucky-- using #16)

After that, 4 start ultimate gloss enhancer (basically a QD for depth) is supposed to work really well... I've never tried it, though...

G'Luck!
