Probably because you suck at life.

Do you park under a tree or out in the open? Try parking in different spots if you can.

I park under a tree also. I put up one of those fake owls. Mount it on one of the lower limbs. You wont have any birds, guaranteed.

What color is your truck? I read somewhere the government did a survey and birds crap on white cars the most.

While in Iowa, I think an Eagle shat on my truck. I've never seen bird crap like it before, and it was EVERYWHERE. It was almost like sap. But, I was parked in the middle of a lot. And sap can't be shot at an angle...

There ya go. I never thought about that one. Either way, I haven't seen nary a sparrow since I mounted that owl. I got the idea from a local supermarket. Pigeons used to crap all over their signage.

Might be time to invest in a truck/car cover if the situation does not improve?

Yea, a car cover would definatey work. I bought one for my mustang when this happened last year. The only thing with that is its a pain in the ***** to put it on and off every night! But then again its a pain in the ***** to clean bird **** every morning! Thanks for the input
