Hey RockPick

Did it snow down there?

Check out my hood. Now why in the heck is the snow covering just the hood? It's melted either side so perfectly too. I think this hood is possessed.

Nah... it's rare we get snow this far south this time of year. I was, however, up there last week when you guys got that 4" overnight -- that SUCKED considering that I was outside dealing with monitoring wells at an industrial site over in South Bend. REALLY sucked!

Cool snow melt! HAHAHA! Interesting...

Ha ha......Do they even have snow plows down there? That has always been FAQ posed from the snow capitol of Indiana. That and they close everything at the sight of a flake.

I visit an old school buddy that lives in Jeffersonville (works in Louisville) for the Madison Ribberfest. When I'm down there this summer hopefully you'll be around. Maybe I can talk you out of a can of that #16.

It's going to take more than talk to get a can of #16. LOL! I was in Jeffersonville earlier today...

You mean the Madison Regatta?

Yep... we have snow plows. And even use them when it snows 3". LOL! We typically don't get a lot of snow but, we'll see a serious event (i.e. 8"+) every other year or so...

Nope. I mean, Ribberfest. Barbecue, The Blues, and Balloons. Home of the largest BBQ cook off in the State of Indiana. It's a newer festival that started back in 2002 promoting more tourism for that part of the state. By my estimation of crowd size that part has worked out excellent.

It's a great time, great food. And, If ya love BBQ, this is the place to be.

I suppose I could go to work for a can of that #16. How bout a truck wash?

Well, if you do go and of course we meet up? We'll have to take a ride in a hot air balloon. I have a feeling you would really enjoy that. Although I must warn you. Once you've gone [up] you'll want a balloon of your own.
