Question Removing the dealership logo

What does anyone recommend on using to remvove the dealership logo under my F.150 logo on my truck without damaging the paint or surrounding area. I feel like it takes away from the F150 glory ya know?
THanks

That was the very first thing I did. Mine was just a sticker that peeled off after heating it with a blow dryer.

Is it a decal or a black lettering type? Mine was a chrome decal, just hooked some fishing line behind it and sawed through the adhesive. If its the black lettering type i believe those are just stickers that peel off like what was discribed above.

Oh and then i came back and carefully scraped off the stray adhesive with my fingernail (very carefully) and then clayed it to make sure it was smooth, then waxed the whole area really well

Heat is the key to removing any type or stick on item (decals, stickers, emblems, etc....)

The Hairdryer or a heat gun will make the adhesive more pliable and therefore it will be easy to remove the item. Most of the time, it comes off clean when heated - just be sure to keep the heat on it when removing.
