Does anyone else have a little rubber door guard that is about 6 inches long on both of their front doors on the very outside lip of the door about half way down (right above where the paint color changes for two-tone paint)? They're black in color. I'm not sure if the dealer was supposed to remove those or if they're meant to stay on.

I washed my truck today and went to take it off, but underneath, the paint was already scratched after just 350 miles and a week or so of having my truck. I mean if they're there to protect the door, that seems kind of counter-productive as they've already created scratches underneath.
