Darn landlord!

I cleaned the outside of my truck extremely well yesterday. Took me a couple hours in the hot sun. I was very proud of the way it tunred out.

This morning, I'm sitting at the computer and hear someone with a leaf blower outside. It's my landlord blowing of the sidewalk. I didn't think he'd get close to my truck with it, so I walked back to the computer.

I look again out of curosity and he's blowing off the parking lot area and my truck is ENGULFED in dust!

I grabbed my keys and ran out there and told him a few choice words. His response was " Nothing is getting on your truck! *Repeat* *repeat*"

I guess I'll go out there and use some quik detailer to make it look a little better. I can't wait to move out of these appartments

i got a story for ya. i own 4 family and the tenant on the top floor got into a fight with his girlfriend and a frying pan got thrown off the deck. falls on my first floor tenants 2003 f-250 super duty which he bought brand new few weeks before. windshield smashed and hood dented. took 3 cops to serperate them from a huge brawl. had to assign them parking spaces. now they complain that one gets to park 15 feet closer to the building than the other lol. i cant win.

If it's Murray based, it's not my father in law.

It takes an act of Congress to get him to mow his own yard, let alone that of his rental property.

Back when I had my old 2000 F150 at a different appartment complex that I live in now. The lawn mowing crew damaged my truck not bad basily just the front plate holder was damaged as well as my FORD plate I had on it. From there lawn momer as I parked a few inches over the grass in stead of come knocking on my door to tel me to move my truck back some they tried to go along the narrow strip of grass and done the damage they done. The landlord or the mowing company would not pay for the damages man that sucked.

What do you have to have and I'll see what they have open.

Since school just let out they may have something.
