I totally understand the hesitation... Many people believe that a machine can absolutely thrash your paint... to be totally truthful, they can but, this particular machine would require an absolute buffoon that set out to crash the paint to make it bad. Mind you, I could thrash paint with a hand applicator if I really wanted to... that would classify me as a buffoon though. HA!

What I'm saying is that this is an INCREDIBLY safe machine and is INCREDIBLY effective at swirl/oxidation/and other paint problem REMOVAL. It really makes life A LOT easier when it comes to paint care.

Let us know if you want more info...

I've heard a lot of good things about Pinnacle Liquid Souveran on white vehicles. If the hype is true then I would imagine that it would produce the same results on all light vehicles. Zaino also makes a polish for light colored vehicles. I've never used Zaino but I use a lot of Tropi-Care, and I think the two companies are very comparable. I get very good results with Tropi-Care.

I read up on Zaino and it sounded like it was a little more involved than I wanted to get and I already have about half of the products that have been suggested to me in this thread so I wont need to buy all new stuff. I also read about Souveran here and while it looked like it would certainly do the job it sounded a bit cost prohibitive for just wanting to protect the paint. Don't get me wrong. I want my vehicles to look good but I'm not out to get show quality looks. I appreciate the suggestions though.

I got kinda carried away in the past with buying new products that I read about on forums like this one. Now I have a garage full of products collecting dust. You can get a great looking finish with many of the products found at auto supply stores...without spending a lot of money and time special ordering supplies. I think that technique plays a more important role than the brand of products used.

I'll second that. I've found that, in spite of product quality, one can get a very nice result with mediocre, even poor products. I think more people need to realize this...They're all expecting to buy a miracle product that does all the work for them, and when it doesn't, they are angry that it's 'not doing its job'...

The good news for you is that, like me, you have a long lasting supply of products on your hands, so there wont be any Auto Zone trips necessary for awhile...

"Necessary" is the key word. Sometimes I can't help myself from stopping in and having a look around. Especially if I know of a store that regularly carries the Michelin tire shine. Oh well...I guess everybody has at least one weakness.
