black trim fading and spotting
I just bought a 05 supercrew lariat and know i notice that the window trim is fading and has spots on it.
i dont know how well the picture shows what it looks like. on older f150 i have seen it do this and those looked horrible.
what can i use to help this? does that 303 work for it that is talked about here. will it last or wash off. i would like to find something that would darken it up and prolong the life of the molding so they dont have to be replaced all the time in this harsh South Dakota climate

I got some 303 and applied it to my window seals which look a lot like machinehead's photos above. Is there some secret to getting 303 to really clean these spots up?
I keep applying and rubbing and I still get a lot of black gunk in my terry towels. Is that normal? Should I keep this up till i get no more rub off?
