Scratches outta glass?
1. I have aquired some scratches on my windows from 4wheeling in sandy mud down here on the coast. Rolling them up and down with sand in the seals. I was wondering if there is anyway other than replacing them to get the scratches out. It doesnt really obstruct visibility unless it is raining and then rain acumulates in that area.
2. Completely diff subject but will the Mothers clay bar kit get 2 year old house paint off. I ran over it awhile ago when I was driving. What is the proper technique (circles), on secound thought I could probably read the instructions.

Clay is your first line of attack. I think you'll probably get most all of it out.
The specs may or may not be visible after your remove it. If you're set on attempting to remove the specs after you're removed the latex, let us know and we might be able to help... maybe not though.
Any auto parts store will likely sell a clay kit... Clay Magic, Meguiar's, Mothers, and a few others sell it... get the traditional clay kit (no liquid clay bar kits).
G'luck. Let us know how it works out for you. I think the clay will be a slam dunk on removing it if they're just specs...unless you have mutant latex paint.
