granny car

Had someone ask me to work on their "mother's" car. I figgured sure it's money and he owns 4 cars that might be future jobs.

Oh my. He pulls up in a 1980's Escort that evidently hadn't been washed in a decade. run your finger down the side and it would come up blue. LOL

I could have made it better but, he had a maximum amount he was willing to spend.




After a good working over it turned out pretty good for that old a car.

Nice work on the paint but that is one ugly a** car.

Exactly what I was thinking except it was a darker shade of blue. I didn't realize how ugly that car was.

And here I was convinced that the Aztek was the homeliest car to come out of Detroit in the last 25 years.....???

Heh - all the Escorts from that era up here are sitting in boneyards all rusted out or have already been crushed. It may be a turd but it's transportation.
