I got most of the water spots and swirls out but I'm sure it could be better if I had more time to spend on it.

washed with Meguiars Gold Class
clay
#80 (didn't do too much to the water spots)
#2 (fine cut cleaner)
#80
NXT
#26

#80 will work on them if they are type II spots (below surface)... patience is key.

It may take a few passes but, it'll get there..

It looks good!

Wow... what did the swirls in, #80 or the #2? I assume you used a porter cable?

Thanks Rockpick.

emig5m. I'm assuming it was a combination of the #2 and #80. I used the #2 mainly for the spots. I used a PC with 8006 and 9006 pads.

Same exact procedure I use except I use #9 instead of #2.

Nice work. I think you did a hell of a job.

One thing I have learned over the past few cars. I was using the DA wrong and I wasn't letting the product breakdown and work.

Once I figured that out, I started getting different results.

Love that Hyperdress.

Again, nice work.

Looks great! I can't wait to get back home so I can break out the PC and give mine a good detail. Been up here in Tenn for the last 3-4 weeks and had to break down and take the truck to a car wash tonight. I hope mine looks as good as your's when it's done.
