Turtle Wax Ice

Just got done Using the Turtle Wax Ice Liquid Clay Bar, and the Ice paste polish. I have to say Im very impressed with the results. The liquid clay brought the shine back to my paint and it looks awesome now.

Anyone know how to clean the lenses on my Lightbar in that photo??? Im to cheap to go buy new ones.

Actually I used Megs. new product to clean up my friends 99 jeep front light covers which wouldbe ABS plastic like those lenses. Like 7bux and it cut through the grime like there was no tomorrow. A++++
Auto stores carry it, I forget the name but its for cleaning like ABS lights, cds, etc. Its a cutting agent and works awesome. Its made by Meguiers, amazing.

Like the truck...But for the more pressing matter...

I am also a FF, and I would LOVE to know where you got those "Firefighter Edition" decals. Those are freaking sweet, man.

As for the lightbar-- Get a bottle of Plast-X. Great stuff, and dont be afraid to use several applications. I used it on our tanker and Brush at my FD. (Is that a Whelen Bar? I really like it...Looks sharp.)

No problem-- BTW-- Plast-X is availible at Wal Mart, Auto Zone, Pep Boys... Pretty much anywhere... Just so you know you dont have to order online. (and prices are pretty similar, not to mention no shipping charges)

Stay safe!

I dont know i tried the ICE wax the other day and while i like how easy it is to apply and the fact that you can do it in the sun and hot, it just didnt seem to do a great job. I tried it on my '04 F150 and my buddy did it on his '07 silverado and you couldnt tell much difference on his. I think im going to be sticking to the meguiars i have in the garage.
