paint chips and minor scratches

what is the best thing to do with paint chips and minor scratches...? i figure the minor scratches can be buffed and waxed out because i cant feel them...
but what are my options with small, minor paint chips?

is there something i can do or do i have to live with them?

I'd like to know also, I have a bunch of tiny paint chips, which are very easily felt, on the front part of the hood.

It looks like those parts are down to the bare metal, because I see silver in the chip...

Yes, get it touched up or before long you will see that rust spreading under the paint!
