I mean, like utilizing an 'admin' gallery or whatever - similar to members' galleries, but restricted to the forum 'mechanics' for write access.
Then it's simply a link away, to a file hosted by the site, stuck at the top of the Detailing section.... self-help. It ain't that big - convert to PDF. zip it, etc.
Dunno - does this site's infrastructure allow such a thing? Just a goofy thought - med's y'know

VBulletin can be configured to allow posting of attachments by selected usergroups, that's easy. If the admin wants to know how to do this, have him send me a PM, I admin a vBulletin forum myself. I personally don't know why this is not enabled here globally, but I assume the admin has his reasons. I'd much rather post an attachment than mess around with a gallery and clutter up threads with inline pics, but that's just me. Good thing I have my own domain and webhosting, I can simply upload stuff to my site and link to it.

Its being modified by the elders. Then after that, some mild red tape, then 4 level up approval, then blessed by the Pope, GA'ed with bug fixes and hot patches, then it gets "stickied" here.
BTW, that MGD dude has serious issues.
