Now you know I am going to steal it to apply right before winter... right????!!!

To those who dont know about CIW #845 (well, search, but...) it is a GREAT LSP that offers a TON of protection. It offers the looks of a natural wax, yet is a rock hard shell that is a GREAT barrier towards the evils of winter. RR doesnt know it yet, but I am going to use it for the first time over Thanksgiving break...

For those of you way up North, you may want to look into #945 Marque D'Elegance wax from Collinite (that is the right title for #945, right Boss_429?). It is even harder than #845, but is particularly notable for its abilities to repel salts. It consistantly wins awards for being a GREAT marine wax, and since salt is the same in water or on roads, it can really help you out (or so they say).

either way, you cant go wrong with one of these Collinite products.

You are welcome to it....however, you have to come back after the new liner and do a full detail on the beast. That includes, wash and clay. It will take us all of a Sat. So be ready.

Ryan and I found out that a little APC+ and wash will take off any wax.

I think you're missing what I'm talking about. I'm just talking about removing it in the application.

Dont worry-- its therapy for me. I cant wait to do an all out on the beast. I dont think it will take all of a Saturday since there will be 2 of us working on it. I just hope none of the new liner gets oversprayed onto the paint. That would mean a LOT more time claying. (well, unless it is the same crap going in as before...) What else are you thinking? SSR 2,1, Polish+sealant, CIW? Or are you going to use 2.5, or am I totally off base here?

That's reason enough if you ask me! If I knew where Zaairman got the buffer smiley (was that on ADS?), I would post that one for her.

Man, that was pretty funny. Although it meant you had to rewax, it was pretty neat getting to see wax melt off the paint... Pretty neat.

If it wasnt for the ligistics behind it, we could tag team both of ours plus Jwool's trucks... that would be CRAZY, though... Talk about getting in each other's way...
BTW-- If/when I get to play with the DA before we do Jwool's truck, I will need to either steal a smidgeon of Murphy's or I will need to swap out-- I dont have any, and I dont think that pads like SG... Unless you have any other reccommendations...We can figure it out later, though.
