If it were free refills for life Id consider it cause I wax a lot. If it werent for the free refills, $1800 for wax and there better be a Playboy bunny delivering it to my door and wax my truck in the nude!

Depends on your outlook. I wouldn't pay 70 bucks for any size container of any kind of wax to begin with.

When you consider the ammount of cars that are detailed in his family....7, not including his concours 1957 T-bird, his pristine Jag XK vert with only 20k on it and his moms RX330, the ammount of wax he goes through a week is unreal. Add in to that, the expectations and show quality shine he expects and the wax becomes unbelieveably useful. 70 bucks is nothing in the long run of it all.

I'd guess that 99.9 percent of the people here would be perfectly happy with a less than $20 can/bottle of quality mainstream brand wax. It's all in the prep and the application.

To each their own but we are not talking about $70, we are talking $2000 for a bucket of wax. I think Bee wax at that.

If that's what helps you sleep at night. Try a $100 jar some time, even with no prep that will look better than perfect prep and a low end wax.
