Unhappy Dull Side Steps?

I have a 2004 Lariat and i tried armor all, Black magic, and Meguiars Mirror Glaze #40. Everything seems to wash off after a rain or it just doesn't seem to do any justice. What would be a good product to actually keep them black like they are supposed to be?

Thanks I will try the first one. It was just getting frustrating when the whole truck looks super clean and slick and the dull side steps ruin the whole appearence.

Adams In & Out Spray is what I have been using on mine, and I have been very pleased with it so far. Good looks, decent durability, and no worries about making the steps slippery.
