Sounds like a good plan, except I really don't see the need for washing after claying. You will be doing this with a DA right? If time allows, you might want to see if you could squeeze in some #9. And please, take pics!

Agreed on all points. Also, I would like to modify something else:

I would clean your rims and tires when you wash. I would think you already planned on this, but the order you put it in the list makes it sound a bit bad...

I have an 89 vette and the clear coat is hard and tough to get swirls/scratches out so be prepared. Good luck and post some pics!

Good plan, very complete...like others said, no need to NXT wash again...and how long are you going to wait after #21 before putting 26 on?

May want to wait until the next day if possible or substitutes #21 for another sealer. My .02 worth on it.

If you top #21 too early, it will be very streaky.

Everything is fairly easy to detail on a C5 Vette. The only hard part is the front bumper area.

Irrelevant stupidity removed.

I look forward to seeing the pics! Sounds like you had a very solid plan of attack -- most importantly though, what do you *YOU* think of the results?
