A random orbital buffer will eliminate any swirls. I use one all the time, and have had none since I started using it. You can geta unit at wally world for 20 or 30 bucks. Just get the different bonnets for it. Applicator, buffer, polisher, etc...once you get the hang of it, it should be alot quicker than not using one.

That's the great thing about this site, you get lots of opinions. The DA is a life changer for sure.
