quick question.
just got my gallon jug of HD via UPS.
the product is almost fully frozen. i guess it sat on the truck overnight. i don't know.
i'm hoping that didnt harm the product, i don't see anything on the label about keep from freezing. but i do know that a lot of car care liquids are no good after freezing.
anyone have any insight on this?
thanks.

First thing, I'd call Rick and let him know about your situation and see what he says.
Some chems will have problems once frozen (or brought to a temperature very near freezing) whereas others won't have a lick of a problem. I've not yet heard anyone discussing freeze/thaw on HD so, I'd be safe and just let them know -- in case you do have issues with it.

Also, it's ok if you get it on your paint, just be sure to get it off quick. I use a good QD with a quality MF towel and it wipes right off with no ill effects (that I can attest to anyway.)

I like the grey chem resistant heads (although they're not necessary,) because I like the spray pattern. It's also adjustable to suit whatever you're spraying.

ADS carries both. You may be able to find a local Meg's dealer nearby as well.
HD - halfway down the page
Bottles
Edit: Remember that this is a concentrate. I dilute to roughly 4:1 (water:HD) so you're technically buying about 4 gallons. sorta....
