Actually chrome wheels do need to be polished/cleaned periodically. Not in the same sense that Polished wheels do but the chrome will develop staining and if you use Mothers Chrome Polish it makes them look great and removes the staining. And it I use it by hand with a cotton terry sponge or MF sponge.

I have used every kind of rim polish and I personally like windex to make my rims look nice and shiny after a wash. it leaves them streak free and makes them POP better than anything else. just my .02

I agree and that's why I said "not per say like a polished wheel" because that's what I thought he was thinking about doing. I've never had a chrome wheel that had staining but I'll take your word for it. I'm nearly positive that NXT has slight cleaning characteristics too.
