detailed the truck today

detailed it today

1. washed with dishsoap
2.used polishing compound on needed areas
3.sealed paint
4. 2 coats of turtle wax uv protectant wax
5. armor-all fierce shine tire shine(yes i got the wheel wells)
6. polished chrome and then waxed it

yes i realize there is wax under the door in these pictures but i got it off right after i took these pictures




those are the closest i have to full truck shots, my batteries just died and are recharging

I love that body style.

I'll be the first on to say "wheel wells"

thanks, i love this body style soon but unfortunately its not the most fuel efficient so once summer is over i am looking into a 97-03 w/ a 4.6 and i am hoping to get $4k for this one

From what i've heard.. correct me if i'm wrong.. But there isn't really much difference gas mileage for what we're paying now a days between the 4.6 and the 5.4. I have the 5.4, and when i pull up beside a 4.6.. They get embarrased

[Yet.. when a newer 300 HP 5.4 pulls up, i'm the embarrassed one :- ]

thats good news then because now i have more of a selection, this 5.0 is killin me on gas, lately ive been getting 10mpg
