my first DA (tear)

my first DA (tear)
alright going to try and make the leap here sometime in the next couple of days so i can hopefully get the DA before spring break. Anyways I've been around this section for over a year and have a pretty good idea of what is going on. that being said here is my initial package:
package #1 via ADS. with another polishing pad, #80, #9, NXT 2.0 and some extra MF's.
my process will be:
wash
clay
#80
#9
NXT 2.0 (12 hrs)
topped with #26
i am trying to get just the basics i suppose for now to get my feet wet.
questions: i bought the polishing step of the 3 step for my hand detail. is this useless with the DA? where would it fit in?
would the cleaner wax be essentially useless in my process?
TIA

That looks like a great start!
The pure polish, or glaze, (likely #7) would fit in between the #9 and NXT. If you do get #7: APPLY VERY VERY THIN!!! If you use too much, it gunks up into a pasty texture and is a pain. Just spread #7 around with a finishing pad, don't really work it in like a cleaner polish.
You don't really need to use a cleaner wax with what you are doing, because the #80 and #9 are cleaner polishes.
