I didn't do the rattle can touch-up work on the front; that was done by the owner. The entire front clip needed to be replaced but, because they were selling it, they didn't want to put any $ into it. The bug etch on the front was impossible to totally remove without burning through the paint...
As such, it was left with ample etching on the front end... I didn't really get aggressive going after it either. Too much fear of either burning through the paint or burning through the rattle can paint repair and causing a bigger problem (or thrashing a pad -- this car wasn't necessarily worth thrashing a pad).
