But really what I do is
Spray down with Simple Green
Let sit till almost dry
Spray with high pressure water
Let dry or at least nearly
Spray down with 4:1 Hyper-Dressing
Wipe off excess

What JGG said.

If there's tacked on mud or grime, you may need to bust out a hard bristled brush with your cleaner (Simple Green, APC+, etc.)

Get a toilet bowl brush and scrub the dirt off then spray with hyper dressing.
