It couldn't hurt.

May I also ask what cannon/gun you used and where I could find one?

I have a pressure washer so I think I want the kind that works with that rather than a typical hose fed foam gun.

the foam on your truck looks intense.

Mine is a camspray that was discontinued from what a hear. It came with about a 10 oz container, so I changed it to a 32 oz with a longer siphon tube.

The only reason I butted in this thread was to comment on the soap mixes. I'm also in the experimenting stages with foam. But still have had the most success with DP from autogeek. The weather around here has been so crappy I haven't been able to do good comparisons.

Just for thought, before I mess something up. What would baby shampoo do to paint. I know it takes a few drops to make a bubble bath. Maybe add a bit to carwash soap?

Is there any advantages to a foam cannon with a pressure washer as opposed to a foam gun with just a hose? I'm thinking about getting one just trying to decide which would be better. I don't know about having to drag out the pressure washer everytime I want to wash my truck, sometimes that thing can be a real pain to get running.

I also don't like the idea of using a pressure washer on my truck every week. I'm not sure how high the pressure is when using the foam cannon though.
