No problem, I feel the same way about this section. We're like a family here, just don't venture into the Chips and Tuning forum, we pull hair like cats and dogs. I'll be creating a thread once I do the detail. It'll be not this weekend but next weekend. I don't think I've ever been this anxious to do a full detail on my car.

I know what you mean, I am awaiting the arrival of my pb products and my hd. As excited as I am you would think I was waiting for my first christmas or something. But now I my bigger problem will be to get the weather to work with me a little bit.

I love getting the looks from people seeing my vehicles as clean as they are. This section is by far the most helpful on the forum and where I spend most of my time. You guys are very helpful and do not throw a bunch of sarcasm around when someone has a question!
thanks for the kind words, this section of the forum is taken pretty seriously by those who are looking for help and those providing it. Rock does a superb job of maintaining this section keeping it on topic and as helpful as possible.

Our OCD affliction is often misunderstood... until you drink a little Hyperdressing and Weller, then you are hooked.

My neighbor once asked me...."why do you spend so much time on your truck and cars"

Lets get real, this stuff we have ain't cheap, and I ain't no millionaire to just let things go and get another one when its dirty....so I take PRIDE in my toys and there aint nothing wrong with that. And I will honestly say that you will get more money for your car/truck if and when you trade it as it is more care for than the average driveway washer.

Well I think you must have sent that two week storm up here. Its been rainy and 30 out each day this week.

RR
I completely agree, I love to keep everything I buy in tip top shape. To me, its more of an appriation for all the hard work that went into getting it. Why would I want to waist all that effort on not maintaining it. Oh well that is why I get asked to polish my neighbors show cars. Besides no one can stand proud by a dirty vehicle.(unless you took it mudding)

x2. people always ask me why I spend so much time working on my truck and detailing vehicles. The best explanation is its a job and its something I enjoy. Its like a baseball player perfecting his swing, Im perfecting my detailing. Then I tell them to go clean their vehicles.

Thanks, I will have to look more into it. But I am looking at a house that does in fact have a 2 stall garage. So who knows, but for the record your option is definately the cheaper way to go!
