Its a wax that meguiars used to make. It is very rare and is said to be one of the best waxes out there. Thats all I really know but I am sure that some of the others will chime in with more. If you find some buy it!

so if i was going to use something close to thumps method for my truck:

#80
PB's white diamond
PB's EX Sealant

what would i use instead of #16 if you cant' get that anymore? would #26 work here?

You could use either PB nattys or another carnuba wax.

16 is a pure wax with no cleaners... someone correct me if i'm wrong but from what i've gathered 26 " replaced" #16

#16 was discontinued. I'd use #26 in it's place.

#16 and #26 co-existed for a while... #16 was snubbed for a couple of reasons 1) High VOC content (new laws for EPA Region 9) and 2) slow sales.

Now that it's gone, it's almost folklore and everyone wants a can.


BTW, the Stang' looks STELLAR, Thump! Nice work.

Yes, this procedure is now my new "routine" for my car and other black vehicles.

BTW, others reading should know that BH is to be used on Dark Colors, not just black.
