It did real well. I let the EX Sealant cure for more than 12 hours before applying the #16.

This may be a little stupid, but I thought I read somewhere that EX Sealant only needs an hour to cure. Or am i thinking of a different product?

all sealants need time to fully cure, however, PB products can be topped rather quickly.

EX and EX-P are two very different products.

EX is a sealer with Carnuba in it. EX-P is a Pure Sealant. I have topped it in as little as 30 min and I have let it sit over night. Honestly, couldn't tell the difference.

If you want a pure sealant get the EX-P, if you want a sealer with carnuba in it. could probably use it as one step pending how much carnuba it has in it.

Thank you for clearing that up RR, I was thinking about EX-P. Which reminds me to finish putting in my order with PB.

Yeah I have seen that before too but I have never tried using EX-P after LSP. If you read on the bottle it says to wax after use.

Cool thanks, I'm still debating spending more money and getting EX-P and white diamond or just using my #9 and NXT 2.0

I think EX-P is pretty impressive, I have 2 bottles of it on hand at all times.

PB WD and EX-P is a strong combo. If you don't have any paint correction this is a strong combo:
PB PP
PB WD
PB EX-P

Top it with Nattys White or Collinite 845 or Megs 16

That would be pretty darn slick.

The White car I did my WD test on was:
SSR1
PP
WD
Nattys Blue (for the hell of it)

Boys at Poorboy's told me to use the EX Sealant if you've got a dark color vehicle. Wax ontop of it.

RollingRock, how long do you think you need to wait with the EX Sealant before topping it with a wax?

Man I have no idea, never used EX...only EX-P.

Regardless, as I already stated, sealers do better with cure time, what is that time is the big question.

I gotta run, tornado sirens going off

Order it directly from Poorboy's, I got mine faster than what the FedEx tracking information said.

EX = Darker Vehicles
EX P = Lighter Vehicles

I hear you about the shipping. It's one of the main reasons why I spend so much every time I do order something.

RollingRock, what's SM !?
