wash the rims then -> Drill (on low speed) + powerball+ meguiars gold class = happy dust free rims. even after all winter and the NY salt mine are still somewhat shiny.

So far so good... with 200 miles on the rims since I last cleaned them. I also towed a small load as well. NO brake dust!

I tested it by wiping the ENTIRE rim a white cloth on a small 2x2 folded section. No brake dust. Not even a single trace.
