As for an APC, have you tried Simple Green? Properly diluted it works well, and is available locally.
This was suggested b4 but we so squash it. Im just trying to decide if the PB Whitewall cleaner or Meguiars APC is acutally needed. Im wondering if I can just use my soap wash and a nylon brush to get the letters back white again.

Using your car wash soap and a stiff brush might be all you need. Can't hurt to try.

ok cool. I guess than I will just order the wheel sealant. I just hate to order it and my letters dont come as clean as I would've liked, and than I'll have to turn right back around and order again.

Do the ones at Lowes have the ratio measurement scale on them.

Yes, they do. I actually prefer them to the spray bottles I got from AutoGeek.

The 'ZEP' bottles at Home Depot are VERY good bottles with great sprayers... As for a quick references on the bottles, I'm not sure if they have them but, it's a pretty easy calculation...

I mean, even with the graduations on the Meg's bottles, it's not perfection - it only gets you close.

For example, in a 4:1 ratio, just divide the bottle's volume into 5 parts. Fill 4 of those parts with water; fill the rest with the product.

If your white letters are that nasty, you can go ahead and use Westley's carefully, thoroughly rinsing it off everything. It's nasty caustic stuff, but nothing else works as well on white rubber.
