Best way to clean Exhaust tips

That's the one bad thing about stainless steel tips. So you're saying that cleaning with something with alcohol in it will get them clean as well as get rid of the gold/yellow color?

Well its been our experience here at Magnaflow that the best thing to use is the Eagle One Wire Wheel Cleaner.

Interesting... I will give that one a try...

BTW-- with enough alcohol in the right place and of the right kind, anything can look good... Well, almost...

That's why I always installed Chrome tips easy to clean. 0000 Steel Wool and Turtle Wax Chrome Polish.

But the problem with having Chrome Tips is that they turn blue and will rust. I like my tips on my Magnaflow. They look great and wouldnt want anything else. Mine stay pretty clean.

I applied the nxt metal polish on my tips for the first time this week and dam did it look good. I was amazed. I thought that I was going to have to clay it but I didnt. I just worked it in and removed it with a MF towel and it was blinging.
