Ours went to rebuild the trans in the 93 Nissan Maxima. I really wasn't planning on stimulating my mechanic's economy quite that much.

New two-car carport to protect the F-150. We have to get a two-car because my wife is getting ready to swap her Mitsubishi for an Escape. Can't leave a Ford out in the weather, whether it's an F-150 or not.

Thats total crap, thats a myth in this country today that the poor pay all the taxes.

Why do I want to make more money, just so I can hand it over to the goverment?

The tax system in this country is more screwed up than oil prices.

We are a trillion dollars in debt from the war, borrowing money every day from other countrys increasing our debt by interest, and devaluing our currency...and we are giving tax breaks....makes perfect sense to me.

I totally agree that the more money you make, the more you should get back and the less......you get the idea. The rich pay a helluva lot more in taxes than anybody else. Even the big oil is dropping billions in taxes per year (and yes still reporting billions of profit quaterly, hey its capitolism).

However with the economy in the predicament that it is, giving people $300 back, is almost insignificant in my opinion. You want to spur the economy. CUT TAXES, not give us a little bit back. Makes more sense to me.

As for my $300--Debt

So because the rich make more money, we should tax them a greater percentage than those that don't and then give them the same amount back in stimulas?

That will not breed a society that wants to work hard and make more.

Actually my main point was to not give money back at all, but to just cut taxes.

And it all started over asking a simple question. Should I buy car care stuff or exhaust? Thanks to all who replied to the question, for the rest, finish it in the GD.
