Gonna clay the truck.....I hope
Things didnt work out for me last weekend to get the truck clayed.
So im gonna shoot for this weekend.
So I got to thinking about it and I guess I need some more pointers.
First of all Im assuming that by claying your paint you are also removing any wax or sealant?
I just want to make sure ive got everything I need to finish the job once I get started so Im not running all over town trying to find things to finish.
What do I need to do after I clay the truck, just a wax or a polish or what?
Is there any good posts or sites with some good pointers and stuff like that.

It has very useful data. Once you're done there, if you still don't understand, ask away...

Yeah I did but I still didnt understand on whether to blot or rub the bar across the paint (unless I missed it)...Thus the question..

Spray your QD (quick detailer,) in a small area (24"x24" to start.)
Rub the clay back and forth in any direction in the area you sprayed. Just don't do circles with it.
Keep rubbing until it is smooth and you no longer hear the clay working (be sure to keep the area well lubricated.)
Continue the process for the whole vehicle.
Happy claying.
