I have 50-60 (4 green detailing Vikings, 6 yellow premium Vikings, 4 yellow drying Vikings, 2 blue drying Vikings, 5 DFConcours, 12 orange Vrooms, 4 Mainstays, 4 glass Vikings, 2 polishing Vikings, plus about a dozen miscellaneous).

And I'm ALWAYS looking for more! But my problem is that I HATE ordering stuff online (or phone). I need to see/hold/touch it before I buy it. And once I decided I want to buy it, I want it NOW, not 3-5 business days later... I'd really love to get my hands on some of the top-notch MF's from AG, ADS, or Pakshak. But everytime I get an itch for more MF's, I just run to my local Kragen or Kmart and get some more Vikings. From what I've seen, they're the best OTC MF's out there (of course they also have some very cheap ones, but I get the good ones).

I REALLY wish somebody would open up a botique detail supply shop nearby, and carry some high-end supplies. Then again, it's probably best that there isn't one close by, as my wallet would be even lighter than it is right now.

I'm in Riverside area... There is a place around the corner from me in Colton called Polished Image. But they just carry your run-of-the-mill stuff; some Meg's, Prowax, and their house brand. As far as MF's, the ones they carry are only marginally better than the ones you get from Costco. No-name, short nap, rough edges, etc.

From what I can find in the phone book, there's not much else out here in terms of detail supply shops. I think I'd have to drive 60-90 miles to find something else.

http://www.exceldetail.com/

They're in thousand oaks, about 100 miles from you, but Patrick is a first class guy. They carry a small inventory but they have som up and coming brands, 1Z, which is one of my favorite polishes, very similar to menzerna without the dusting. Those two are probably the top 2 polishing brands out there right now. heres the online store link. http://www.prestostore.com/cgi-bin/s...ef=exceldetail

SIP and 85RD are notorious for dusting.

Not familiar with 85RD which one is that? Is is similar to PO83 for CeramiClear surfaces?

But I PO87MC and PO85U and to be honest, I have yet to see dust on them. They break down very nicely if you ask me. If you want to see dust, Optimum dusts like crazy, but I sure do love the results of both OP and Menzerna products.

85RD is Ceramiclear Final Finish. PO106 is Ceramiclear Nano Polish. PO83 is Super Intensive Polish. All of their products break down very nicely. They leave a very nice finish, just dusty, however after use, I find it imperative to wipe down with Prep-Sol. My fav Optimum product has got to be ONR, one of my favorite products period, in fact.
