Cheap ones are better than none at all - Sam's has some fair 16x16's at 25 for 10 bucks. OCD'ers would never use them but they do a reasonable job for me.

+1 I use them on the tires and places I wouldnt dare take my good ones. But for the money its hard to beat that price.
