I keep all products in Rubbermaids or in Foot lockers. All are stored vertical to eliminate spills/leaks.
My G100 lives in the original box, but the box is modified to allow the backing plate to be freely in the air not touching anything (ie: I prop the DA up and cut the box a bit) while having the body of the DA protected from dust...
My MFs are in a very similar plastic drawer system as Thump has, all segregated by type, only mine are also vaccum sealed in Gallon Ziploc bags for extra security.
Everything lives in the garage-- except my top shelf waxes (Nattys Blue and #16) which reside indoors. In the winter, everything that can be damaged by sub 40* temps is brought indoors (ie: almost everything).
No, I'm not crazy. I just want to protect my *HUGE* investment. Think about it-- how miuch have you spent on getting everything and how much time do you spend here and other places learning? That's a LOT of time and $$$. Granted, you can easily make the money back by doing enough customer details, but you wouldnt want your arsenal ruined before you do that, would you? Besides, there's nothing wrong with turning a profit, so REALLY make it last so you can do just that!

I would really love to get one of those Craftsman cabinets. I saw a picture (maybe on here) in a "Show off your stash" thread where somebody had one. I would really love to find that picture again so that I can see exactly how much one of those cabinets will hold. Right now I just keep mine in Rubbermaid stackable drawers along with my MFs, applicators, brushes, ets.

Mmhmm, I've got a whole lot more stuff since than and with it all put away it makes it look like nothing. It's about ~35% bigger now. I'd say at least another thousand in supplies. It's a little bit of an addiction ...
I used to keep stuff outside in the garage but products started failing so I quit that real quick.
