Are you saying to buy a gallon of #34 and a 16oz bottle of 34? The 32oz bottle is cheaper, lol.

Yes. The sprayer on the #34 bottle is nicer, IMO, and you'll be getting a pre filled bottle. I think it's worth it but it's your call.

It's got a nice spray head on it. It puts out a real fine mist.

Is 34 a QD?

If it is, do you like it better than Last Touch?

Yes, it's a QD. #34 is Final Inspection. I like it more than anything out there. I really don't like QDs at all and it's the only one that I'll use on my car after a wash to get a little bit more gloss.

this was the same question that I had about a week ago I think. I was going to purchase last touch but thump steered in the direction of #34

Couple other things I noticed with NXT2.0 vs NXT that hasn't been mentioned is:
  • No more dusting
  • Hides swirls MUCH better - Seems to beat out AutoGlym Super Resin Polish
  • Streaking appears to be gone
  • Removes easier

I've applied #26 over the original NXT and I can honestly say I couldn't see what all the fuss was about. It kinda made NXT look duller if anything - Maybe I forgot to shake the bottle of #26 good, heh. Honestly, NXT2.0 + UQD is a force to be reckoned with. I'll have to give #26 another whirl sometime and make sure too shake the hell out of the bottle because it didn't seem to do much of anything for me. Has a good banana smell though, heh.

Did you let the NXT cure before applying #26?

Thump can you be more specific on curing (I think yo u mean letting the truck sit for 12 hours). I think I'm going to give my NXT away and purchase NXT 2.0. How long should I let it sit on the truck before removing?

Apply 2.0 to the whole truck, and when you are done it's ready to wipe off in the same panel order you used to put it on.

If you use NXT 2.0 as your LSP, UQD after every wash will help boost the protection.

Yes, I was talking about letting it sit for 12 hours before topping with anything else. I usually do half a car at a time or the same thing as GLC suggested. Weather plays a huge role in this. Use the finger swipe test. Once the wax has hazed, swipe your finger on the paint, if it's clean paint and no haziness than it's ready to remove the wax. I hope this makes sense.

Sorry to threadjack
I know that #34 is a good Qd but ive heard that some people use it primarily for clay lube...and quick touchups is this true. Cause i cant keep buying the quik detailer 16oz's. If not what do you use.
