I have two things that I use for the trim around the windows. The first is Hyperdressing which is some pretty nice stuff to use but its not readily availabe over the counter depending on where you live. The second is Megs #40 Rubber/Vinyl cleaner and conditioner which I found on my local Napa's shelf. Either one is a great product and does its job well.

I use Hyperdressing (HD). It works really well on other exterior plastic pieces as well. Order a gallon of HD (approximately $35), a bottle, and spray nozzle and dilute it to your liking (it offers your four basic options). If you're a weekend warrior doing your own vehicle(s) a gallon will last you quite a bit of time so they high cost of HD will even itself out.
