dented can blow out

Just good cans right now. Usually every time we place a large order we receive a dozen dented cans. We used to throw them out.

I have bad luck- I would be the one to get a can that doesnt seal.
always put an open can of wax in a plastic baggie, it helps

Wow, that is yellow! Did it melt? Why is it all over the lid area of the can? There is a big difference between a pale colored wax and margarine. I am sending those pics to Meguiars to see what they say.

Its actually more of a white color, the lighting was bad. I will try get some better pics this evening when I get home. I put the can on the right in a double boiler and returned it to the consistency it should be.

Actually as seen in my pics the consistency should be fairly hard/dry. Not buttery/wet.

Here is a better pic, it is of the can on the right.


I just swiped my finger across the top a few times to check the consistency. It is softer than I thought it would be. When I first got both tins I opened them up and they were both white. It was my first dealing with #16 so I didnt think anything about it until all of this has come up.
