I got my 2 "dented" cans in today. One can is dented at the bottom and seals fine, the other one is dented just below the lip of the can but I can fix it and it will be fine. And yes the wax is blue not white. I think im going to shoot them an email and ask them about the other two tins that I got which are white wax.

All the stock we get from Meguiars is new stock and I assure you there is a good mix of white/blue product. As far as white, I doubt it is pure white but more like light blue. Meguiars #16 has been like this since we started selling it in 2005. Some are blue/white marble looking, some are blue on the outside and white in the middle (vice versa also). Most of the cans that are "white" are blue underneath after you scrape the top layer off. We have NO PROBLEM switching your "white" cans for blue but it would be costly in shipping for you. When WE call Meguiars and ask about the white/blue of coarse the story we hear is that it is perfectly normal. Here are a few pics, you can see the marbled version and three different shades we just took from NEW cases. We sell what Meguiars ships us, I assure you I use M#16 regularly and there is NO performance difference between different shades.
A person who knows from experience that a customer will purchase a half price dented can and want a refund if it doesnt seal like new.
