My back and arms are already hurting from just looking at that. Have fun, I'm sure you'll do an excellent job as always!

Left side after 2 passes of M105 on green Lake VC pad via PC. Right side untouched.

Left side after 2 passes of M105 on green Lake VC pad via PC. Right side after 1 pass of M105 on white Lake CCS pad via rotary.

I'm loving the M105 and the Makita. Not only did the rotary cut faster with a milder pad than the PC, it also finished much better. I'll update again as I get more done.

I agree, very nice.. I'm curious though.. how much would a detail like that cost to have done? How much would you charge to do the same to an 04+ f150 supercrew?

Took some sun pics today.

Left side of hood. Untouched.

Right side of hood, after 2 passes of 105 on LC white via Makita. It was much worse than the door, and will require some more work.

Drivers door finished. 105 on LC white via Makita. PBs ProPolish on LC finishing green via Makita. PBs BlackHole on LC black via Makita.

Man that's great work. I wish I lived closer I'd buy a lot of beer to have a job like that done to my truck.

That is nice work. I know why you tape off the plastic trim, but why do you tape off the joints? Won't that leave a line down where the tape is?

Really nice work there for sure. I don't own one, but the Porter Cable seems like a toy the more I observe and read about the art of detailing. I suppose its OK for the average person just looking after their own cars; wanting to take their car care a bit more seriously. But for the pro– likely not, except for very minor correction.
