hotsy pressure washer

has anyone had any experience using a pressure washer with a diesel burner on it. we just got one at work and was thinking about trying it out on my truck, especially underneath it.

We have one at work. It comes in handy for degreasing things. Helps remove blacktop from the trucks as well. Other than that, I don't really see a need for it. The pressure alone should get most normal dirt and grime off. No real need for the heat if you ask me. As long as you don't get crazy with the heat though it should really hurt it. For instance, our Hotsy goes as high as 220 degrees I think. I don't see how anything good can come from that.

yeah, ive already blew some paint off of one of the mowing decks. we bought it mainly to get the grease and grime off our backhoe. we mainly have oil/chipped roads around here so i get a good amount of oil on the bottom of my truck.

I used one when I was detailing at a dealership. They are wonderful in the winter. You just have to be careful...
