Start by washing and claying the truck, then re-examine. Meguiars ScratchX should help with some of the scratches, but if your fingernail snags them, there's not too much you can do. It looks like there are a lot of scratches and swirls that may have been done by a rotary buffer and compound in the hands of a untrained dealership monkey.

Ya, I noticed all of the swirls in the pics. I don't think my untrained eye would have seen them otherwise. Would a detail shop be able to fix up the damage done by the rotary buffer?

Sure, if you find a good one, and it won't come cheap. Where are you located?

I don't know if we have any members around there with detailing experience. It's kinda hard, but possible, to advise you on the basis of pictures, but the truck DOES have to be clean when you take the pics to have a shot of accurately assessing what it needs. Wash and clay is just about mandatory to start with.

Juztang might be able to suggest a place. I did a mapquest from your location to the location of his place and he's no where near you but he is in the same state. Closest person I can think of. He may be no help at all but it's worth a shot.
