Here is Optimum Opti-Bond Tire Gel on my tires. Pics taken two days after application. Optimum is one of my favorite product lines. Everything they make is great. I use HD on my frame rails and wheel wells but it attracts a little too much dust for me. You cant beat it for the price though.

My Optimum lineup. Optimum Car Wax spray is awesome. Try it if you havent already. (Damn, I should be on their payroll)

I've always like Meguiars Hot Shine. It seems to last a while, doesn't sling, and it doesn't give the tires that "plastic" look.

I'm not sure how that looks like. Anyone have any pics of their tire withthe black/ matte/ flat look?

Here's a picture of what the directions on the bottle look like.

It says: Add water first to proper dilution ratio." The little horizontal lines are the ratios, starting with 1:1 at the middle of the bottle, to 4:1 towards the top. Fill it with water to whatever ratio line, then fill it with HD up to a little above the label.

BTW, you have to buy the bottle and sprayer separately.

That's the best way to go IMO

The first time I mixed I was like a chemist or something, making sure the ratio's where perfect. Then after a while I just mix "close enough"! There are ratio hash marks on the bottle (if you order one, I would) to simplify your mixtures. It's very user friendly. Have you ordered any yet? If not, order it already!!!!!!! Oh yeah, the dust thing, forget about it!!

I really like the blackmagic titanium tire gel. It put it on with a microfiber sponge. I clean my rims while washing the truck with mguires hot rims chrome spray (a whole bottle at that) then dry them. If I use the spray i have to clean the rims again. But the gell give it the nice wet look, stays for a long time, and even beads up the water so they stay good looking if it rains. lol.

Mark me down as another Hyperdressing fan. Simply the best stuff I have ever used. Makes the tires look great (I like the gloassy look so I go with the 1:1 ratio), doesn't sling and I have never had a dust collecting issue with it.
