I have some severe hard water patches on the plastic trim of my rear bumper, as well as on my tail gate and door handles. Vinyl, plastic, and rubber dressings kind of hide it a bit, but it's still noticeable if you look close, and looks just as bad as it did before, a couple weeks later.

What can I use to remove this hard water buildup from plastic ?
